A Touch Of Grace Permanent Make-Up

I saw Grace in November 2015 for my eyeliner. She got me in very fast. She applied numbing cream and the procedure was painless. She made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. I am happy with half of the work she did. The top eyeliner is good, the bottom is not. Both under eye lines are different. I contacted her 2 weeks later to fix the eyeliner and was told I had to wait 4 weeks for the repair. After the 4 week healing time when I contacted her to fix the eyeliner she did, she was very unprofessional. She wanted to charge me for a touch-up, and told me I saw it when I left and if I was unhappy I should have told her then. I feel she doesn't stand behind her work. After her unprofessional attitude I would not recommend her. I would not allow her to fix her mistake her mistake.

Always wanted my eyes done , but fear of pain kept me away.....How foolish was I. ....best thing I've ever done for myself was calling Grace....she did an AWESOME JOB.....and my comfort was her main concern. ...she put a pillow under my knees....then a pillow for my neck....even offered me a blanket if I felt chilled.....she then numb my eye lids ...and waited to make sure I was numb...then she started and thur the whole process she continued to ask if I was ok and continued to apply numbing gel...... TOTALLY PAIN FREE....AMAZING.......and great company, Grace is a wonderful lady....I totally recommend her ....and will be taking my daughter there for Christmas. ....Thank you so much Grace...
