Summit Grove Apartments

This is my 2nd apt. to rent from this complex. It has a serene park like atmosphere in the middle of the complex that is safe for the children. If the above individuals have an issue with the no nonscense style of this manager who has been here for 20 years, I say oh well. I am coming back because it is safe, and not too expensive and she will not put up with non desirables. It is a small older complex . Kind of artsy. People stay here for long periods of time, or if they leave they come back. I just talked with this elderly lady who just moved in, again. Top of the day to you. Sadly , no w/d outlets or the price would be alot more.

One word "DON'T MOVE IN". Office manager is mean,nasty attitude,bad conduct, forcing her terms & once you sign lease she don't even care for you. That mean thing is just worried about money not service. Extremely Racist manager & staff. I had a problem and i had to went to the higher authority that is owner who is no diff. from manager.



Quality of apt. is too bad, flooring is so weak anytime you walk make sounds that down apt. people can hear and get disturbed. This apt.is not spending single penny on carpet after somebody moves out they need to put new sponge under the carpet before they could give it to new tenant.



NOT GOOD AT ALL for family with children, it is a torturing your child in this apt. & once you sign lease you are just stuck as they make you sign so many documents and nothing is good for you.



In short don't move in here or else you will never forgive yourself.

Please do not take apartment here. The landlord is worst. Since I had to break the lease because of my job transfer. She took one month rent and security deposit and I stayed there only for 15 days of my last month and she took full month rent.
