Las Brasas

I've heard a lot of good things about Las Brasas so I decided to stop in and give their famous Peruvian roast chicken a try. The chicken was great and the green sauce that came with it was good. The beans were ok, I think the side dishes that I tried could be a bit better.

The food is excellent. The only problem we had was that we were expecting an expanded version of the *old* Las Brasas. This is an entirely different business model. The old place was a little whole in the wall with roasted chicken and a few sides. This is that, but the expanded menu is much "fancier" and not an easy dinner with the family kind of situation. We wish them well and would recommend them for folks who are looking for something a bit finer than what we expected.
