        Plumbers are hard to get in terms of responsiveness. Not GTB. Jon Hall is excellent! I reached out on Saturday regarding a suddenly dead garbage disposal and a stuck shower valve. Neither were panics but the disposal was a priority. He was booked for Monday May 18, 2020 and set up to come on May 19. During the day on Monday a hole opened on his schedule and he called to say he could come if I wished. He did and an hour later the disposal was in and working great! He checked the shower valve and had to pick it up and come back this morning - arrived on time, excellent customer service, super nice guy. Hire him, you will be pleased.Jimmy S. Decatur GA
