1st Choice Sports Rehab Center

1st Choice Sports Rehab Center is amazing. I first went there back in April of 2016 and saw Dr. Cho. He was awesome. He immediately recognized an issue I had been having with my hamstring and used Active Release Technique (ART) to provide relief. This place is top notch. Highly recommend!!!

Dr Cho is the best! I have been a patient here as needed for many years. Dr. Cho has an expertise that can not be matched. With a few questions and movements he identifies the issue and heals me every time. I have been seen for a variety of issues and every time I leave not only feeling better, but feeling better than I thought was possible. He is also so kind and easy to talk to and I never wait for my scheduled appointment. The other staff I have met have also been top notch. This is a great place!

1st Choice is fantastic. I first met them after I participated in an athletic event and when I had a back pain issue a year later, knew that I would see them for it. They took their time to assess all of my health - not just the pain point. I've been pleased to recommend them to family and friends, as well. My back pain has been almost non-existent thanks to the exercises and stretches my dr. recommended, and I love how easily I can get an appointment if I need it. Great staff!

I found this office to be a great place to have my back pain evaluated honestly and during each visit Dr. DelFavero re-evaluated the treatment plan to make sure that we were going in the right direction. I appreciate the friendly office and professional care I receive here.

Talent and skill are often used interchangeably in perceptions. I believe that Dr. Niklaus Delfavero has a natural talent when interacting with people. Dr. Niklaus Delfavero is patient, he has always gone the extra mile to explain things to me whenever I was confused or frustrated about my health and wellness. He takes the time to truly understand my expectations, consistently providing treatment until I feel better than when I walked in ….all without ever making me feel rushed out the door.

I saw Dr. Stephen LaScala for a foot injury. HE IS MAGICAL!!! He is booked, but if you are flexible you can get in pretty quickly. The staff is very friendly and responsive. He spent time listening to my problem, worked on the soft tissue injury and I felt better almost immediately. He works with major athletes and "weekend warriors" and people like me who are attempting to get back into shape!

I can say with all sincerity that going to Dr. Nik has been a life-changing experience for me!

After almost a decade of tests and several unsuccessful diagnoses, I had just about given up on ever being able to walk normal again. Without explanation, my legs had become extremely weak. I was dragging my right foot, which caused me to trip several times. I had come to believe that “this was just the way it would be” and at the same time, having an extremely hard time accepting it. Two Neurologists and several MDs were unable to pinpoint the root cause of my weakness.

After a thorough work up and medical history intake, Dr. Nik was able to diagnose and successfully treat my condition through a series of cutting edge treatments called “ART” (Active Release Technique) and a regime of “at home” exercises. His approach to rehab was far beyond the typical “mat and stretch band” exercises I had experienced with previous rehab-therapies.

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Nik for helping me gain back my life and wholeheartedly recommend him as an incredibly gifted doctor and man of integrity.

Can't sing Dr. Sadri's praises at 1st Choice Healthcare enough! I have recurring hamstring problems which can keep me from competing in running races and triathlons. Dr. Sadri has saved me numerous times from this fate! He works his magic with ART and Graston. Can't say the treatment is fun, but it is well worth it!



The entire experience at 1st Choice is first rate. Latrisha always squeezes me in when I need to come and Victor's awesome attitude and easy touch go a long way in pre and post therapy.
