Zorba's Restaurant & Pizzeria

Worse customer service ever! We went to Zorba's Restaurant and Pizza in Debary, FL this evening. Stay away!!! Been going there for years! They've always been great, not true any longer! One meal was inedible, and sent back. We were told by owner "I cooked it you pay for it"! I told him I was happy to pay for what we ate, and he said FU! They were on the phone calling police because we didn't want to pay for everything. Our discount for not eating any of the meal... $2.00 (10%). Owners wife slammed plate on the counter, and said "there's nothing wrong with this". When I suggested she taste it, she just repeated herself. Last visit here EVER! Owner said that was a good thing... he didn't want our business anyhow. Hope they go out of business!

So let me just take some of your time by telling you about my horrible experience at this disgusting excuse for a restaurant, so this way if you are smart you will not waste your time and money going here. We order our food which includes an appetizer and 2 entrees. It takes 20 minutes for us to get our appetizer and then once we finally received that it took another 40 minutes for us to get our meal which is just a little to long if you ask me. But that is not even the worst part, once our meals finally come they bring me the completely wrong meal all together at which point I am just annoyed and do not want to wait any longer for the correct order. So I decide to share with my boyfriend well that didn't work out either his dish was so disgusting that it was not edible. Meanwhile not one of the 5 waitress that are wondering around have even come to fill up our drinks since we have been there at this point for over an hour..... After waving my arms through the air just to get one the waitress attention I succeed in finally getting one of them over there to send the manager to our table. Well once the manager comes over she has the audacity to actually argue with us and tells us that we are wrong and there is no way its bad and takes the dish from us. Then she comes back to the table several minutes later and just starts clearing off the table and kicks us out!!!!!!! And then my boyfriend and I at this point cannot believe that this is actually happening we get our things and start walking to the door.... And then if you think it cannot get any worse it actually does the chef comes out of the kitchen and starts yelling at us telling us that were wrong and that’s the best cut of meat that money can buy and he goes on and on.... (What I really wanted to say was maybe it is the best cut of meat money can buy and you just don't know how to cook it)So I reluctantly held my tongue because I was in no mood and I didn't want to make the situation worst then it already was!!! So overall this has to be the worst dining out experience that I have ever had the service was god awful the manager whom is the owner needs to learn how to be a manager and the chef can’t cook !!!!!!!

They don't deserve even 1 star !!!!

Very disappointing... we ordered a salad & a gyro, but we received a pile of gyro meat on top of a pathetic salad. They had no interest in making it right & could care less about losing a customer. I will never go here again. They don't even deserve one star.
