Lorraine Cab Company

Unfortunately this taxi cab business has closed due to insurance policy rates tripling in PRICE! They were forced out of business!

Business is closed down who knows why it shut down the dispatchers the drivers who knows who care there is a. Better company called lyft they don't cheat you like Lorraine did

THE WORST CAB COMPANY EVER. I CALLED TO GET A CAB AND THE GUY LITERALLY JUST START YELLING AT ME AND HUNG UP ON ME. NOW IM STUCK CANT GET BACK HOME. STUPID COMPANY. I HAAAAAAAAATTTTTTEEEEE THIS COMPANY

Called twice today 2/15/2016 and assumed the business was closed for Presidents' Day because the phone rang endlessly both times. Once I caught a ride to my destination I saw an Lorraine cab driving with the phone number that I was calling advertised on then cab. Maybe they don't want business

This cab company sucks I called 5-8-15 to have my husband picked up at 5am I'm still waiting for my husband almost and he later I called to see why they haven't came and the lady said the manager will be in Monday and hung up on me ... They have no clue what customer service is!!!

being someone who relys on taxis to get from point a to point b since I don't drive. I can honestly say I love Lorraine cab. I've been using their company for years now. They take me basically anywhere I need to go. And I've never had any issues with the drivers or the ladies in the office. All the employees there have been nothing but helpful. They never fail to satisfy me.

Waited 4 hours and no cab! No call!

The first time I used them, the car was filthy and no AC and the temp was 98 degrees but they came in 20 minutes. The driver complained about no air the whole time!

Too bad they won't come to Garden City, about 3 miles away from their office.

I called for a cab. Waited almost 2 hours. No cab appeared!!

The driver made me come outside at 2:30 am to hand my husband the debit card wouldn't let him out of cab to come get card from me then they don't take debit cards even though vending machines and even cell phones can except credit card these days so he drive him to the ATM and once he got his money left him there to walk to seven blocks home! Then I called the dispatcher to report the totally unacceptable behavior of the driver she was completley rude unprofessional and I got hung up on several times without ever getting the info I requested! I will be reporting them to the better buisness bureau! Lorraine Cab company is a disgrace to honest hard working buisnesses!

Do not use!! I set up a 4:45 am pickup for an airport transfer. When no one showed up I called and the rude woman on the phone said none of her drivers were answering the call. She said she didn't have a solution to the problem. Had to call another company

I had called for a cab a few weeks ago. The dispatcher was extremely police and told me she would get it there as soon as possible. The cab arrived not even ten minutes later. Excellent service. I would recommend this cab company to everyone.

I waited for 1 1/2 hours to get a cab from this cab and they never came.
