My name is Amanda I went to rays today 01/25/2015 I called to get an estimate on an oil change they were very friendly and professional. I will continue to go to ray for my other car needs this place is great try them for your self and see.
I received excellent service from a knowledgeable tech crew. I would highly recommend this location to future customers!
This is the best place ive ever been too. They dont use any recycled oil. The bottled oil is legit unlike every other oil change in dearborn they dont refill oil from the tanks into the gallons. Very fast service and very friend. This is the only place i will get my oil changed from now on
This place is not worth your money because they rip you off. I bought brakes and they are bad like they were used. They dont give you a detailed bill so they can over price you on labor and if you wanted to refund the parts it wouldn't be worth your time because its not worth the amount you paid. Im warning you not to go because they will get you. They might seem nice but after a couple of weeks from their service you'll know what im taking about.

this abe the manager of big rays quick lube dearborn ...this guy came with his friend to the shop before with a mercedes benz and we did his brakes and rotors then he came back with a bmw x5 and he ask for the same thing so we did his brakes and rotors two weeks later he came back telling me that his brakes are squeaking so we went for a test drive and was nothing is wrong with his brakes ...on the way coming back hi told me that his dad wants him to change it at the dealer ...i told him thats fine i will return ur parts and give u the money back for parts he said ok ....a week later he came back with the parts and we told him the parts is $160.00..he refuse and he told me that he can sell them on ebay for more... we charge him $329.00 parts and labor but the dealer charge him $900.00 and by the way this guy trying to dispute his credit card transaction after three months ...and i was doing a favor by returning the parts money but people like this guy they dont deserve nothing
my name is john velick and i was at rays lube couple days ago.. the service is amazingly great and the owner is very welcoming with a acold bottle of water .. not to imantion the clean place and great customer service... i recommend ABE the manager or owner....
