I wasted 60.00 for nothing... I explained my situation, b/c I am from other state, that I want to move in to one of the property that I really loved without seeing. Leasing agent told me that I can move in to the property for sure on the specific dates that I requested. Only three weeks left for my move, they are now informing me about the company policy that there are no guarantee that I will move into the property b/c the date that I requested was not within their maximum hold days. What? More frustrating thing is that it takes at least multiple calls and voice messages to reach the assigned leasing agents. The leasing agent told she never got missed calls nor voice messages on her office phone. Really? Never respond to me on time that she promised to response. Having just good property will not make the company prospers. They need to learn how to do business. I will never do business with them no more.
