The Shop

Nice local shop for me, if they don't have a part in stock they'll order it for for me. Been having tires put on there for years. Starting with my kids dirtbikes years ago and lately sportster tires. I support small local business when I can! Good people

I did not have a good first impression with 'The Shop' on Linden Ave, Dayton, Ohio.

The reception I received on the phone as well as face-to-face was everything that they cannot do, having not fully listened to my request.

I dropped off a tire (Friday @ 10:00am) to be repaired by placing a new tube inside. When I went back to pick up the tire (Tuesday @ 2:00 PM) I was asked if I could come back later (30 minutes), because it was not done. Once it was done, I tried to pay with a credit card and was told that it would be an additional 5% for the use of a card.

My first impression with 'The Shop' was not good. I wish them luck, but I will likely find another place if I need to have my motorcycle worked on.

This place is really close to my house but I didn't know about it. My husband needed a tire mounted, so we tried here. I was able to take in shortly before close on a Saturday and they got it done really inexpensively. We've been back several times to have wheels trued, rebalanced, to get a new battery for my bike and I've been really happy with the service and friendliness of Josh and Dawn. If you need something done, try here first.

We took one of our quad runners there to be fixed. Not only did they NOT fix what was wrong with it but they broke the throttle button on it then charged us $220 for the service. BlaHHH I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
