This business doesn't give a crap about customer service. I told them what I needed and when I needed it by, and they didn't even follow up with me when their production team was two days behind schedule! I followed up with them via email several times and they never got back to me! The 800 number and contact email listed on their website DOESN'T WORK! My product did not end up getting to me in time for my event and they didn't do anything about it or care. They offer free shipping for ground shipping. So they figured that since they missed the deadline for my event (I was going to be paying more than the cost of my product for overnight shipping), free shipping to get me my product after my event was enough. This company is complete crap!
