Dixie Glass

I called Dixie Glass to replace a window that had a rotten wooden frame in a house i was flipping. He took the window with him. He finally came to the house with the new window in 3 months and he lost the inside molding. Again it took 2 months to get the replacement molding. I also ordered grids for several of the windows. He ordered the wrong size. I had to remove all the grids from the other windows because he never came back with the replacements. I called him several times for a refund for the grids, as I paid him up front. I still am out several hundred dollars. He refuses to answer my calls or send me my money. This has been the most disappointing experience
