I got my alcatel cell fone really fast & looks new as advertised , now I'm just waiting for my new sim card

It was a little scary buying from here, BUT I have to admit I was happy with my purchase of my Ipad reaaaaly cheap. works great too. What I would recommend is to only buy high end items or look in the description and see if it says *these pictures may not be the item but resembles it* But most buyers with purchases over 50 bucks are happy, stay careful with those cheaper devices though! AND shipping was fast as hell! got here a day early and at my request more added support through transit!

They state " We view the transaction as being complete when both parties are happy with all aspects of the exchange."

Biggest lie I have every heard. Can't agree more with Tom B. They cheated me out of $48 for a pocket camera that was supposed to be water resistent, but in fact wasn't. Item never worked again after the first use.

Ignored any request for return or refund. Stay away and buy somewhere else!

Be careful with this business! Customer service is awful, and there is the chance they send you a defect product. You might get lucky when it works, but if it doesn't, don't expect to ever hear from them again....and don't even think of a refund.



I lost a significant amount of money with this business. I might have been unlucky, but it rather seems like it is their business model to not respect the customer and deny sending a defect product that was not tested.
