Barnsider Restaurant

My boyfriend and I were trying to decide between Barnsider and Carver's for Valentine's Day. We had never been to either. Thank God we chose Carver's! We visited Barnsider in April of this year. The inside of the restaurant looks ok. The service wasn't bad actually. But the food was TERRIBLE!!! Oh my gosh! WHERE'S THE FLAVOR! I ordered BBQ Pork Ribs and I believe my boyfriend ordered Pork Chops. My ribs were ok, but all of our sides were flavorless, even when both of us were adding salt and pepper to some, still the same! Between the both of us we had: Green Bean Casserole, French Fries, a Baked Potato, and Coleslaw. There was no huge difference in taste. It seemed like they forgot some ingerdients when they were cooking. We will not be returning to Barnsider....ever....

Barnsider is my favorite place to dine. I do not go there just to eat, but to leisurely enjoy a really good meal. Sitting by the fireplace on cold nights, is wonderful. Not only do you get the atmosphere of a fire, but enjoy the wonderful service and great food. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Thank you for being here!
