We are experienced and regularly advise clients in contract drafting and interpretation, risk assessment, contract changes, delays, scheduling and acceleration, contract termination and claim and dispute resolution. Our practices regularly take us before the American Arbitration Association in both mediation and arbitration settings, before all local Georgia and federal courts and often to out-of-state forums and venues. Our lawyers often lecture both legal and industry groups on construction topics and have been recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers, Georgia "Super Lawyers" by Atlanta Magazine and listed in the Best Lawyers in America.
