        My son missed one appointment, they decided they don't want him as a patient. No discussion as to circumstance, just dropped him.

        took my daughter last year fo...

        took my daughter last year for her first check up. Dr. Coulter is not kid friendly at all. My daughter had to have a filling. That visit was not so bad. Due to what they predict insurance will pay, I had to pay out of pocket over $400. Insurance ended paying $250, so I was due a refund. I called 6/18/2012 and it was discovered that for some reason the first claim for her first visit had not been processed due to an error on their part. I was told to call back in a couple of weeks. I then called on 7/3/12 and was told that I had a credit of $44 and that the claim had still not been cleared. They were paid on June 21, 2012. After "reviewing" my EOB I was told that I actually owed them a dollar. Initially they had billed me for 3 procedures not covered by my insurance at the PDP fee but because I had inquired about my credit they then charged me the full fee. I WILL NEVER USE THIS DENTIST AGAIN!!!!!
