Went to return a rental truck and was waiting for another customer to enter the gate. After waiting several minutes I went through the gate after they entered. I pulled the truck around the first customer and went inside the office. The customer commented that I got a little close to her. I apologized, and she said it was okay, she was just upset from almost having another accident. The first customer and I were fine. The female manager then got up to check the truck in, went out the door, and from that time, she commenced to yell at me. She stated "are you an ungrateful person, didn't you hear her apology? I responded yes." This is coming from the manager not the first customer. She ranted and raved at me until she sat down. She continued to yell at me because I filled the gas tank up and said that was stupid. It just continued and escalated in manner and tone. I tried to explain to her and another male in the office that the other customer and I were good, but she did not want to hear it. Ranted and raved while she was running my credit card, and said "Do not come back here again." I went back to my car shaking and crying, in 50 plus years I have never been treated so disrespectfully and humiliated by another person like this. My recommendation is not to use this storage unit or truck rental location until they have new management. .

I rented the unit for longer than a year. I informed them that a Semi-Truck would periodically pick up pallets from my unit, this was agreed to by the management. And this is what I have been doing for the passed year or so.

Last week when the truck came, as usual, one of the managers came out and began yelling at the driver. Today when I was at the unit, She informed me that Semi trucks were not allowed on to the property.

As far as I know, the rules haven't been changed and the contact says nothing about semi trucks not being allowed on the premises. The manager was very unprofessional. When she first spoke to me, she said that the storage units were not allowed to be used for business purposes. (they clearly are, she even went to look it up and later told me that it was allowed). She was just saying things without even knowing what the policy was, obviously.
