Hanlees Davis Toyota

One of the worst dealerships in terms of their customer service and their appointment scheduling system.

I have been using their services for about 3 years now (just because they are close to where I live) and every year I have at least 3-4 bad experiences with them.

One time they broke my front window's glass. The other time they made me wait for 3 hours just to discover what's wrong with my car.

Just recently one of the service advisors lied to me for several times in just one visit and even after I complained to his manager, he never apologized for his behavior. He simply said he is busy! They did give me a 10% discount but I prefer at least seeing the service advisor care about me as a customer other than receiving discounts

This company really receives NO stars. Tried to contact them regarding a recall notice on my car, first off you cannot get anyone in Service, when someone did answer the phone I was transferred to a voicemail box that was full. (Not only once, but every time I called.) After finally speaking with someone (not in Service) they told me they were backordered on the part I would need and to call back in 2 weeks, which I did, guess what...come to find out elsewhere, they have to order the part specifically for my car, so after waiting over 2 weeks, I would now have to wait while they order the part for MY car...Not me...went to Woodland Motors where they answer the phone and are pleasant and enjoyable to work with! What a shame, I live in Davis too.

Zero star! I was told the Toyota Camry Hybrid will give me 700 miles on a tank full.... not true! The highest it went was 600 miles and decreases every fill up!
I brought it in to get it checked and was told that I couldn't use my accessories, GPS, iPod, heater and air condition! WTH! if they told me that day, I would've never traded my Venza!!! By the way, that day I brought it in, the manager, Ashot Karakozov, never came up to me to ask if I was being helped. When we bought the Camry, he told us that he will always remember us....well, I was in waiting area for 2 hours and not even a "hello" when he passed by me!
