I went there to buy a military ball dress as well as a rehearsal dress. They were very nice but pushing and made it seem like they were making a huge exception for selling me a dress off the rack. When it came down to sit and purchase the dresses. They add a $50 fee with the rehearsal dinner dress with out my consent after ordering it and told me that they could exchange the military ball dress if i was really unhappy. They then made a big deal when i was unhappy with the service and told me that they personal don't want to exchange the dress anymore, even though I was trying to exchange for a more expensive dress. They then told me that the rehearsal dinner dress refund, they can do as once even though i told them it was only because they added more money with out my agreement to it. After all said and done the manger was completely rude and the young lady who sold me they dress just wanted to make the sale and made up the policy to get me in it.

Rose is a treasure. I found her from online reviews and was so happy I bought my wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses from her. Her staff is great and everyone is so helpful. I would go in regularly before my wedding to get measured and enjoyed all my conversations with the staff and especially Rose. Rose actually picked out my dress (4th one!). I picked the first three and they looked unflattering, but she came out with the one and I cried when I put it on. It was so me, so perfect for what I was looking for. Even less expensive than I was willing to pay! That's her motto though she says. She doesn't try to up sell, she just wants brides to look good and will find the perfect match. She is an expert in the field and I went to her with other questions about getting a good photographer, florist, etc..and the people she recommended were AMAZING at my wedding! I knew nothing about weddings when I first started this process, but now, thanks to all the support from some great vendors, I'm happy to say that my wedding was a success and I owe it all to them! I recommend Rose for anyone like me who doesn't know what they are doing yet knows they want the best. I trust Rose because she earned it from her honest transactions and excellent customer service. I even had a bridesmaid dress not turn up but she gave me a credit and we smoothly worked out the situation. I've worked with vendors who just treat you like a paycheck and when it came to my wedding I wanted to feel like the vendors I worked with cared a little about my experience. There were many who didn't but Rose was my favorite, motherly, caring, and a lot of fun. I'm sad it's all over but I would go to her again if I needed to!

Does not even deserve one star! The lack of professionalism when speaking to the owner of the store was beyond anything I have ever experienced. She was disrespectful, rude, and unhelpful in the several times I spoke to her. Never once did she follow up on my phone calls nor seemed to care for that matter. When going into the store, the staff did not once greet incoming customers.



I agree with Meg S. on the pricing of the alterations. They were VERY high priced. I could not get a quote out of the "dress maker" either. Be careful before just blindly leaving you stuff her. But, I would stay as far away from this store as you can. There are many other places to go in the area. Don't waste your time, efforts, or patience.

Rose and her team were awesome to work with! Their service was personalized and very genuine and went all out for my family and I and my husband. She has a wide variety of dresses perfect for any formal occasion from wedding dresses to prom dresses and a beautiful complement of accessories. We got everything on time and her prices are very affordable! I bought my wedding dress, my mom's dress and rented my dad's, my husband's and groomsmen tuxes for our wedding on March 21st, 2009.
