Parks Paradise Landscaping and Outdoor Living

We had Robert come out and do our patio. We do love our patio. There were a few things that didn't turn out exactly like I wanted but mostly it's very pretty. The reason I give him lower Stars which I would raise his review if he would just answer his call backs. He gives a 10 year warranty. Well that's no good if you can't reach him. Then when you do reach him he says he will drop by and never does. He just finished a project on my street and never came by. I have cracks that we're not fixed last time he was here. I just want it corrected and fixed. We have referred many people to him. Enough where he could at least be cool and answer our call backs.

This review is from a landscape project carried out in winter 2013-2014 by Parks Paradise. We are very happy with our landscape makeover. Robert could not be friendlier to work with. He listened attentively as we brainstormed ideas and discussed various options while walking around the house. He told us he had a vision for something really unique and several days later stopped by to deliver a design that was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Our project included multiple raised concrete walls and columns faced with stone, unique landscape selections, formal hedge borders around our existing mature trees, a new stone walkway, irrigation and lighting. Robert made suggestions for styles and paver colors (there are many to choose from) that would complement our home, and in the long run we were happy with all of his choices. He spent a morning with us traveling to his favorite landscape and hardscape vendors and showed us the exact plants and products he had envisioned. The project started on time and finished on time, and came in at budget. There were never any surprises or major issues. He has several crews and the ones working on our project were always friendly, easy to communicate with and did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. We have had many compliments from neighbors and folks walking by saying they like our new stonework and landscaping, and that our house and yard look much bigger than before.

The completed 900-square foot deck facing the Lake is now the centerpiece of our property, and the focal point for many future hours of quiet relaxation and social gatherings with friends and neighbors. We plan to use Parks Paradise Landscaping and Outdoor Living for additional outdoor living projects to come, and very highly recommend Parks Paradise Landscaping and Outdoor Living to others pursuing similar projects for their homes
