Ming's Bistro

Every time we visit, the food is hot and fresh. Fantastic! Gives a discount for Lowe's Corp. employees as well. Nice acknowledgement. Great value and selection as well!

I drove by there a few weeks to get a to go order and

when I got it home, my wife found a bug crawling in her food. She immediately called the restaruant and they apologized and said they would refund the money back to my card. They DID NOT. That was a terrible way to "try to make things right".

I will never go back there!

Mings is super with their service and their food is fabulous. Glad to have them in Davidson. You can not beat their sushi. These guys are great and so is the food.

We were told to wait before being greeted then seated. We ordered sushi, one of the fastest foods in the world to make, and sat there for an hour and a half being told 'is coming'. A heads up that they were behind would have been helpful, not to mention an apology. Delivered the food without a 'sorry', it was below average quality, and were ignored when we asked for extra sauce. Guess they're too busy to care! Not going back! Customer service should ALWAYS be first - go to Eez in Birkdale, or better yet, go to Sabi about 100 feet away!

Fresh, well-prepared, beautifully presented food. Great variety on the menu. Nice mix of Chinese and Japanese. Welcoming, competent staff. Good value for the money. The sushi chef is passionate about his work. He'll serve you art if you let him know you're interested in something special. A great experience every time, eat in or take out.
