        Overall
        Ecclectic Community

        Pros: Beautiful and spacious homes, semi-decent amenities, close to shopping centers and friendly old time residents. Family friendly, quiet, laid back and for the most part clean.



        Cons: Too many stray cats, large barking dogs with owners who view the world as their pet's bathroom, Yearly increases on LOT RENTS.



        Community would benefit from and possibly ameliorate the current revolving door in home ownership and foreclosures if lot rents were stable and it's staff enforced legitimate community rules.



        Overall I give The Ridge community 3 stars out of 5.

        Worst all age community!

        Big problems!

        Management thinks they are God!

        Dirty and lots of problems too because of so many foreclosures.
