Kidsville Pediatrics

I like the doctor in this office what I like is they take the time to explain to you as a parent what is going on with your child..they take the time to explain I guess the is why they waite time is long. Also in the afternoon for urgent care has only 1 nurse they should have 2 nurses. Not 1 nurse because the waite time can be less time in the waiting area. Other than that I work and whenever i need and appointment they will help to work it out to put me in... I really like this pediatric office...

I've had at least 2 appointments that have lasted over 4 entire hours I've almost cried from other things I had planned to get done, completely ruined. You could tell their unorganized from the moment you call to the moment you walk in. I've had my kids in for aboyt a year and only because I haven't found anything nearby that accepts their insurance but honestly if H R went in once they'd probably get shut down, its not just once its constantly, I'm a regular customer well they sometimes schedule me just because I lost a referral paper withing a week they literally have scheduled me a whole other appointment just so that j can actually get my daughters referral, our time is a home for them trying to get paid every way possible. I recommend the Emergency Room for fasterl, proffecional, and accurate service. The front desk lady Anna clearly hates her job and any questions seem to bother her, she also answers their phone and most of the time has an attitude. Terrible terrible everything!!

The office in Davenport, is completely dysfunctional. With a staff, unprofecional bad manners, rude. Long hours late even having date. The office is always dirty. On my Second date with this office my experience was so disgusting, after waiting for a Long time, they did not take care of my kids and put me back in the afternoon. Without any kind of consideration for my sick kids. It is a shame that a doctor in the surrounding by a staff job unprofecional so badly and ready. At the front desk no good morning can give their patients and the more with kids. They would still losing a lot of patient as my Three kids and parents by my share their bad experiences in this office.

This Office is so close to me..

I love the way the Nurses are here they are sweet and loving to you as a parent and the child and the Doctors are so Awesome they listen to you and ask questions to the fullest...

They make you feel comforable
