Nielsen's Florist & Garden Shop

A funeral is an emotional and sad event, and Nielsen's Florist was successful in making it even more traumatic! My family ordered flowers to be delivered for a funeral, but the flowers were never delivered. Mind you, the cost was almost $200. When I called Nielsen's they gave me numerous excuses, but finally admitted that indeed they never delivered the flowers. After such an inexcusable mistake, I only wanted them to credit my account which they agreed to do. However, three days later Nielsen's had the audacity to send an email confirming delivery!!! This only makes me wonder how many individuals and families they have ripped off claiming that flowers were delivered when in fact they were NOT! Lesson learned....Do Not Use Nielsen's and always verify that your flowers were delivered!

I had an arrangement sent by Nielsens florist, Darien CT. I would never use them again!!! OVER priced and the flowers were dead in 2 days!!Service was bad and flowers too.DO NOT USE!
