Giovanni's Tailoring

I took the dress I was to wear at my daughters wedding to have hemmed at this shop. The body of the dress was made of layers. He was to take the bottom layer off of the hem approx 2 inches. I tried it on and he pinned it while I was wearing it. When I picked it up he had taken 3 layers off approx 6 inches. The dress was ruined !
