If the hairdresser is a new hair dresser she is a level 1...the more experienced they are the higher level they are...
It takes years of training to become a higher level...which requires time and money for the training. .most salons charge in this way...

Terry That is a BULLSHIT!!!! All the saloon have a set price. All that what you trying to tell me is just finding a excuse . Cutting a persons hair is not a brain surgery!!
