Wow!! I never write reviews but I had to share my experience with this company & this technician in particular. I have a 10+ year old a/c unit that needed servicing. I was sure that I was going to have to replace it. Not only did Eric fix it for me, the service was reasonable, quick, reliable, and honest. I have never had this quality of service from any company before on something that most companies tell you that your item needs to be replaced. Another company made me believe that I needed a new unit. Luckily my friend recommended AAA Modern Air. Thank goodness for them!! This company saved me a TON of time, money, and headaches!!!! Great company! Great tech (Eric)!!!! He's honest & thorough. 5 star service @ a fraction of the price of other companies!!

Buyer beware. This company writes their own five star ratings on rating websites including YP.com. Just be sure to get quotes from other companies, especially on repairs!

I purchased 2 Bryant Evolution systems from AAA Modern Air two months ago and it has been the best experience I have had with a contractor. The installation went perfect and they gave me the best package deal of anyone! My FPL bill has also went down comparing to the same time last year. Hands down great company!!!

Called them for service on my A/C. I unfortunately accepted the fee for repair without doing research because they were referred by someone I know. They overcharged me for the repair by almost $150! $316 for a 5 minute repair with a $20 part. Just hoping the internet will save someone else from being "rheemed". I read some other reviews and hopefully they will learn that more and more people check on these sites before doing business (wish I had!).

I called AAA on someone's recommendation for my air compressor which had stopped turning on. The technician arrived very quickly and the visit fee seemed fair at $65. I was called within 5 minutes and told by the technician that he had diagnosed the issue as a dual run capacitor and I was quoted $316 for the replacement. Not knowing what was a fair price and since they came recommended I accepted the quote for the repair. I should have researched BEFORE I accepted because everything I am reading says that this repair should run $150-$170 (the actual part costs $15-$40). I called AAA and was told they don't itemize the part from the service and that it is a combined price that is fair for the market. I have searched many websites including professional HVAC forums and haven't found one that agrees with this. Guess I have learned my lesson and hope to save others from being overcharged. Do your research!

I purchased a new A/C unit from AAA Modern Air. It was installed and a new digital thermostat was installed as well. The installation was on Monday and Sunday night the thermostat was not working properly. It wouldnt display the desired temperature and due to this the A/C unit would not turn on. I called 7 different numbers given to me by AAA SEVERAL times. I would be transfered to the answering service and would never get an answer back. Paid almost $4000 for a new A/C and was suffocating 6 days later. Had to sleep in the heat with my two children that night and its worth mentioning that this day just so happen to be a 104 degree day! They called me first thing in the morning the next day to come and fix it but said if that happened to me again and no one called me back there was nothing I could do about it and that I had to keep calling until someone answered; that they hoped that wouldnt happen again. I asked if in the case I called repeatedly and couldnt reach them, like this Sunday, could I call another techinician and get refunded by them for the service. Their answer was no. **So bottom line is that if you get a product from them and cant reach them when something goes wrong while it's on warranty then your on you own**

I had a service contract , then when i asked them to come back and complete the contract which i paid for in advance they told me i would have to pay and addtional $70.00 or signup for or another service plan which they are not even honoring the first time. Very BAD cutomer service including the "manager".... Dont get scammed go some place else.
