Worst service ever! First they wouldn't take AMEX card, so we asked to write a check. They don't take checks, so we said we were going to Sears just down the street. Then they decided to take our check, the salesperson would cash it at the bank and write us up as a cash sale. We were to pick up the mattress the next day. He called the next day to say he lost the check! Had to stop payment and reissue another check. Took the new check in and they said we could get mattress tomorrow. I said I am not leaving the check until I get the mattress (day 3). I got the mattress and left. The next day the salesman calls and says they gave us the wrong mattress, did I want the difference refunded or get the right mattress. I chose the refund. He said it would cost me 30% fee to fix their mistake. Huge fiasco, will never shop there again and you shouldn't either!! Red Flag O rating in my books! I only gave it 1 star because it wouldn't take my review unless I check something.

My husband and I just moved to Dallas, TX area with only our personal items. We were looking for furniture and came across the Xoom Furniture store. The staff was very helpful from the moment we walked in. We visited several furniture store after our initial visit, but none measured up to the customer service we received and the awesome deal that we received from the Xoom Furniture store. They went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we asked for, even down to getting our furniture delivered. I will be a returning customer 10 times over. Xoom furniture has one of the best customer service in the furniture store business. From the time you walk in the door, all the way up to the time I left. Xoom is the place to shop for furniture. K was one of person that help me shop for my queen size bed that I needed for my new home that I just purchase. She was so determine to make sure I was happy about the bed that I just pick out and try to help me furniture the whole room. I would shop here again because they make you feel welcome. I had the most amazing experience @ Xoom Furniture. I was driving by & decided to stop in. I was greeted by Mo, I found the furniture that is fit for Queen @ an affordable price! Xoom furniture of dallas is the most affordable place to buy your furniture. Im a mother of three boys and their prices fit right in my budget....not only is it affordable but it looks great...very unique...very stylish...I would recommend them to anyone.....if you want to buy great furniture on the low thats looks great this is the best place to go......Yvonne was great!
