Horrible customer service skills. Listened to the way they were speaking to the customer in front of me, which was very condescending. When I asked about getting a picture touched up and fixed, first thing out of his mouth was the price. I know it will cost me, but don’t care, and nor should you. I asked if you could fix it, not how much it would be. Then couldn’t help me at all, and acted as if I was annoying him for asking him. They do not have a scanner big enough to scan my photo. Aren’t you a photo shop? Photos do come in sizes larger than 8 x 10 right? So why can’t you scan it. So, no help what so ever. Need to get their staff to go through a customer service class, because I am telling everyone not to go there, and I will never be back. Told them I could do this myself, and left to go get it scanned, so I can send it of for restoration myself.

I love Wolf Camera!!! The people there are really helpful whenever I go in. They were able to fix my camera quickly and easily. They had everything I needed for my photography class and all in all the store just has a nice atmosphere I love going in there!
