Me and my husband used to be employees here.... we thought it was a nice store starting off. . Until we got to know everyone there. The managers are perverts and liars.... James the manager let's employees and just random people take things out off the store for free. He also let's the employee Priscilla's dad which is a registered sx offender stand in front by the counters for hours around child... which is against the law... all the managers allow people to help work at the store After hours for free stuff. . The manager Michael is a pervert and has sx with almost all the employees and if they don't he fires them.... the back room women and managers take the valuables out of the store and sales them on the streets. I wouldadvise ppeople to not donate things to this store cause most of the stuff is being taking home for themselves not the AKF... The owner john knows everything that goes on and allows it... he don't care cause he don't want a law suit so they all team up and liar with each other and fires the ones that are good and tells him what's going on in the store.. my real opinion is please help shut these stores down for the safety reasons and the right thing to do.... Donations need to go to a better place. Please please help!!!!!

It's just need better organization and if pictures are a set leave them as a set

It needs to have toys

That area is always trashed never clean in the people are very nice

Need more sales like red tag day or blue tag Friday

It will the people come out in spend they money

On Saturday have $5 fill up beg

That's when you give them a small store bag in they fill it up for $5 but have rules you can only do clothes

But over all I love coming here I shop her all the time

Well for the most part it WAS a great place to go friendly managers ect. but lately there are so many items put out with no prices on them, so now when you go to ask, (at this store ONLY) this manager whom has been there for some time, tells me his manager would not allow him to price anything ?? this is not the first time this has happened. seems to me over the years this manager is not allowed to do anything? and for some strange reason this location only. The owner has two locations a real shy guy who can only be described as always wearing a ball cap and rather handsome, and NOT friendly at all. I would not be surprised if he is out on parole or something. The other store on Gus Tompson no problems very kind employees for the exception of one manager lady there who smokes in the store !! and there debt card machine is always having problems. so to summarize I have been a customer for little under 6 years at both of these stores. the location on Buckner whos manager has a very short leash and a mean task master, (personally I think the guy is a lier) has some great deals but for the most part a lot of over priced crap, go to the location on Gus Thompson instead, (when the lady manager is not there smoking up the check out stands)
