My husband went to transporte torres in Marietta, GA to send a package with 6 CDs to a friend in a small town in Mexico. My husband asked if they deliver to that small town, they said yes but that he had to pay extra. A month later a man called from Mexico to our house saying he is from transportes torres and that they do not deliver to that place and if my husband wants the stuff back. Are you kidding me? My husband explained to him he had paid extra for this delivery and that he needed to call his main office to get instructions on it. Well, we never heard from them again. We are talking 30.00 dollars for a delivery and 60.00 dollars worth of CDs. My husband complained through the BBB and they claimed that my husband did not complained on time, what?, they did call a month later, we did not know there was a problem. My husband won the complaint and they were asked to pay but my husband had to answer a last email and due to work schedule could not, so they never send the money back. They lied to my husband to snatch more money out of him, knowing the stuff will not be delivered. Thieves.!
