        I went once a week for over two months. I have a chronic condition. Two woman chiropractors work this location and adjustments went okay. Concept is great. You can walk-in with no appointment. It is open 7 days a week. The monthly cost for me worked out to be less than a co-pay with insurance.

        The design of the office and wait area leaves no privacy, and I could hear other patients during their adjustments which is a drawback. I didn't feel like I always received focused attention on my condition as there would be others waiting to be seen and the doctor seemed rushed. I finally decided to go back to my previous doctor when I asked The Joint for a note from the doctor explaining my limitations/condition. It was not a form or a request for a lengthy composition. I needed a one or two line note. I was told that The Joint doesn't do that. I wondered then if they considered themselves healthcare providers or the equivalent of a fast food joint for chiropractic services.

        This is the worst experience with a chiropractor in my life. My back hurts worse than it did when I went in and when I called the "Doctor" he didn't seem to care. Please no one waste thier money at this rinkie-dink excuse for chiropractic medicine. Didnt take the time to find out how i hurt myself, he didn't even touch my back, just looked at my legs and deciphered what was wrong with me. Please never go here.
