Texas Lifeline Corporation

I was stuck at Baylor Hospital with my 85 year old mother and the ambulance service they had contracted kept pushing back their arrival time with no guarantee they'd show even after the second reschedule from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. I called Texas Lifeline at 7:30 pm. And they arrived by 8 pm. To pick her up. What a lifesaver! Their employees were polite, kind, and efficient. The dispatcher was so helpful even though this isn't the normal way they receive a contract.
