        CIP PARKING RIPS OFF HANDICAPPED! Bldg. had MANDATORY valet parking, but handicapped is supposed to be free. CIP deliberately provides inadequate facilities (6-8 spots for entire medical tower) which will all be full, then forces handicapped to pay regular parking rate.
