Snell Buick Pontiac GMC

It has taken me awhile to actually post this. Back in January 2009 on a Saturday, we put down a 500 deposit on a vehicle on Snell's request because they wanted to wait until Monday to verify if the car we were buying would quality for an Aircheck voucher that my daughter had. The aircheck didnt have any mileage restrictions which they should have known but didnt. The sales rep on Monday calls us and says everything is good to go! WE signed some papers and left to go pick up the old vehicle. We were gone 30 mins and the GM of the store decided that it didnt matter that we had already put a deposit down and signed papers and sold it right out from underneath us to someone else that was financing(that they could make more money on) Dont think if you put a deposit down here that it means anything. Also the GM David wouldnt come out and speak to us because he knew he did wrong. After 45 mins of me complaining , he finally came down and didnt have any answers. Beware!! I would use a different dealership if I were you. This place is SHADY . Even the sales rep who was knew said that he was quiting soon because of their practices.
