I bought my car 4 months ago and after taking a 400 mile round trip in it, my lower back started hurting. I had told Exavier, my car salesman that there were two things i was looking for, comfort and economy. I decided on the Honda Accord. I read some reviews about the Honda's not having comfortable ergonomic seats. Im not the first one to have issues with the seats. I called the dealership and they offered to put leather seats in, of course I would have to pay the difference. I told them i didn't want leather, I wanted comfort....well to make a lon story short, i took the advise of the salesman and bought a cushion for a $24,000 car, really sad! Didnt help so guess I'm stuck until I can sell it! Anybody want to buy an Accord?? You would think with all the complaints about the seats a high paid engineer could redesign the seats! Not the hard ti figure out if you have common sense!

Hello,

I would like to warn you that Rusty Wallis dealership has very poor business practice & very poor customer service. You can’t expect any reliability or support from them if your car has issues after serviced by them. I had given my car for cleaning in their service department. They returned my car with a broken seat! When they came to know that it will cost $1000+ to fix it, they denied that the seat was broken by the detailer. They do not want to take ownership of the mistake as they know they will have to pay for it but it was very obvious that it happened during the service operation on the car. It is almost not possible to clean the front of the car without moving the seat. When I dropped my car off to service dept, the service advisor had witnessed that nothing was broken & the seat was operating normally!



I have tried to reach out to David Jones (Service Director) & the GM of the dealership Ronnie Robertson but since the customer service is so bad, that after leaving countless emails & voicemails no body replied! So I decided to meet the GM in person & he told me that he would investigate the matter but he never followed up after that. It’s been close to 3 months. The issue happened on Nov. 23, 2014.



I have filed a complaint against them to Better Business Bureau (BBB). My complaint # is 91315797 that is public record. After 2 months of filing, there was no reply & last week I got a reply saying “it is not caused by us”. They have 13 filed complaints against them in BBB, most of them are outlining their terrible customer service.



I do not recommend trusting or doing business with Rusty Wallis dealership as they will not help or take accountability if anything goes wrong with your car!

Excellent experience. Everyone at Rusty Wallis Honda treated me like a family. This is the best deal I have seen for 2012 Accord SE Sedan with Leather seats.

This is the second Honda I have purchased in the past year from this dealership. Since my first experience I have sent referrals to this dealership only because of the service received as soon as you walk in the door. As a matter of fact my mother recently went to get an oil change with me and after introducing her to my salesman, John Hargis, and Brian Mullican she to drove off the lot in a brand new Accord. She always drove a Toyota though she couldnt resist and has been happy with her decision since. Big props to Rusty Wallis for running such a high quality car lot with high quality staff that make you feel special in your new car experience.

Buying a car from John Hargis ...

Buying a car from John Hargis was the best car-buying experience I've ever had! During the whole process, he never pressured me; instead, he was always concerned about what I wanted, and he was very efficient at making the process run smoothly and quickly. I've experienced car salesmen who were “nice” but I could always feel that it was just to sell a car. John seems to be a genuinely kind person who truly wants what's best for his customers. When I picked up the car, he stayed late helping me to understand how everything worked in the vehicle. Brian Mullican was also extremely understanding and very professional. The finance manager, Adam Hamghalam, had all the paperwork ready to go and was very congenial, making the process very pleasant. Overall, I was very impressed with the staff at Rusty Wallis Honda and am very delighted with my purchase. They made me a very happy lady! Thanks so much to you all!!!!!!!!

I was in a car accident and needed to have my car fixed. I called several dealers (Honda) and after speaking with them decided to go with Rusty Wallis body shop (collision center). Abraham Medrano is the one that helped me and he was wonderful. My husband and I had a lot of questions and he answered them all to our satisfaction and made us feel at ease. He took care of everything. He talked with our insurance adjuster for things that came up and got the car back to us on time. He called us when it was ready. He was very courteous and showed us everything that was fixed when we picked up the car. It was a very scary and hectic time and it was nice to have someone trustworthy to take care of our car. The person that answered the phones was also courteous. Whenever I called to speak with Abraham, he was available and replied to any e-mails I sent promptly. I have never left reviews before but I felt this experience should be shared and may help someone who has been in an accident and needs their car fixed.

I came in to Rusty Wallis to look at the new 2012 Honda CR-V. Kenneth Boyd showed me exactly what I was looking for and was very detailed in explaining EVERY feature that the car had. He wasn't pushy but did take his time to answers all my questions and hear my concerns.

I was not looking for a new car because I still loved the CRV I bought from Rusty Wallis 3 yrs ago. Tommy Norman ask if I might be interested in a new car and I responded that "he couldn't make me a deal that I couldn't turn down." Well, you should see my NEW car!!!!!!! I love it!!! The CRV has changed a lot in 3 years and I had no idea. I have always hated trading cars but everyone at Rusty Wallis makes the experience painless. I would, and do, recommend them to my friends.

Working with Elbony and Tommy was a pleasure. The entire process went smoothly, and was the best experience I've had in buying a car. I came upon Rusty Wallis deale...

I came upon Rusty Wallis dealership by faith. Bernard Williams showed me the car I had researched and was very helpful in helping me decide. He used words such as "How can I help you" "What do you want me to do for you" this was later enhanced by my experience with Felton Jones who not only explained in detail each aspect of the financing and worked out every minute detail in my kind of language as I was very picky about what I wanted. He even drew me a picture of how it should work. My overall experience with this dealership was excellent I am not sure I would go anywhere else to buy me another car I am sold to this one for life. I have had other dealership experiences and this one was by far the best.

It has to be THE WORST Honda D...

It has to be THE WORST Honda Dealership. The mechanics don't really know anything about Honda Cars. Two of my friends took their honda cars there to get fixed, and they had to pay thousands more because the mechanics messed up other parts while they were fixing the original problems. And if you leave your car there, they treat your cars badly. Last but not least, they are THE SLOWEST when it comes to fixing cars.

Very disappointed with Rusty Wallis Honda this was a first time purchase of a car without the help of my husband. The salesman was dominate which is probaly a good trait for a sales person but please take the customer into consideration. Customer service was totally lacking in the whole buying experience. The car I purschased had to be jumped off to start which I can understand since it sat on the lot and the sales man stated that if I had a problem with the battery he/dealership would replace it, well when I had to have AAA come and jump start my car which was less than two weeks, I called and spoke with sales man but was told "I did not tell you that" but the sales man did say he could get me a battery at his cost. The car started having hesitation problems about 2-1/2 months after I purschased my car I called back to Honda and talked with the sales man wanting to bring it in and he stated that I should not have waited so long. Then what was my extended warranty purschased for. The last dealing with Rusty Wallis Honda was on 06-22-09 I had broken off my passenger mirror I called to order and was told that I had to come to the dealership which I did, then I was told I had to pick it up there that they could not ship to my home address. Then the parts service man said he could ship from Honda so I just agreed. I was promised the mirror by 06-24-09 well it didnt arrive.
