In reply to MRS brown. how am I a scam when as a favor I ate your 17,000 deductible when by law you are suppose to pay that . And if that wasn't enough you kept 4800 of my final payment and wanted me to go back to insurance and recover it another way . Yes that 4800 was part of labor and yes installers have the right to file a lien . I'm far from a scam. I give a lot more then I take in this business and attacking my character because I saved you 17k taking money out of my pocket and becsuse your husband and I grew up together then just decided that 4800 was talks to keep also that's that's almost 22k .

we spent a lot more than five days at his house we removed about 40 yards of debris from backyard . everybody agreed that I shouldn't have even started till pool company was finished let alone work in the unsafe condition . Everybody being the city inspectors and the pool co. ( which I also saved him 8k on ) Mr. Travis was under the gun to hold a Christmas party and wanted everything finished before then and mr. Travis was very pushy in wanting us to work within the pool guys and stepping all over each other . I had part of October and November blocked off for him then 3 weeks of rain came and the mud along with it ,you can imagine putting a pool in and the amount of mud around the pool . we could not set up any equipment, there were trenches and holes and 4 foot pieces of rebar protruding all away around the pole . Trust me when I say it was extremely un safe working conditions . My men's safety is worth a whole hell of a lot .

OK so this is Ricky Rubio the owner of R2 restoration the situation with Mr. Travis is this . yes I contracted with him to build a patio cover outdoor kitchen and small little cabana house price to him $15,000 less than what anybody else was charging .people hire us to do very custom not your ordinary patios . Travis has this kind of custom 24 x 20 elevated deck patio cover. we usenotch Materiales 8 x 8 posts set 3 feet in the ground 4 x 12 heavy cedar Timbers that weigh over 1000 pounds apiece 2 x 8 joist half inch decking fully adhered Tpo roof , custom flashing , then a 3" C Chanel grid was set for proper drainage , we then installed the patio deck boards on top of that . Installed a custom railing system like you have never seen . we have over thousand dollars in permits for approved city plans . I paid for plumbing for the pool house ( where I had 2 other plumbers walk off cause it was so muddy ) . Quality materials and craftsmanship, which he agreed several times .

I contracted Ricky Rubio of R2-Restoration to complete my deck, outdoor kitchen, and guest house in August 2015. I made the crucial mistake of paying 2/3 of the contract up front based on his expected needs for material to complete the deck in October. There was weather issues that have prolonged the project, but those issues are no longer a factor. As of today 12-13-15 R2 Restoration has not completed one part of the project. They have worked maybe a total of 5 days at my home and purchased a couple thousand in material. What they have completed has been deemed unsafe by other contractors I have had out to begin to finish my project. Ricky Rubio verbally told me on the phone that he spent my money funding other projects. He has stolen a large amount of money from me and is not returning calls to settle or finish the project. This is by far the most unethical person and company I have ever seen in construction. I highly recommend not doing business with Ricky Rubio at any level
