        ok staff, bad business

        I called before going in and was told contact exam would be $88-98.

        Paid $108. They took a retinal picture without letting me know it was gonna cost $10.

        They don't provide free trial lenses. They ask that you purchase those somewhere else.

        My sister is an optometrist in maryland and I know I overpaid.
