MAS-TEK Engineering & Associates, Inc, (MTE) was established in 1994 as an expansion of the firm, Quality Management Consulting (QMC). Serving a broad base of clients throughout Texas, MTE provides a full range of services in both geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing, while maintaining the goal of quality under the direction of its principals. MTE maintains its corporate office / laboratory in the heart of Dallas and is CCRL certified, with a fully staffed office / laboratory facility in Longview. From these two locations, MTE offers Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing and Inspection Services through its staff of licensed engineers, construction managers, geologists, and technicians. MTE's facilities are equipped with modern testing equipment, which is routinely calibrated and maintained in quality working condition. All testing is performed in accordance with applicable testing standards, including ASTM, TxDOT, AASHTO, and others. MTE has established a geotechnical instrumentation group specializing in monitoring construction of underground and earth structures. MTE is certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) with the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (NCTRCA) and the Texas Department of Transportation.
