        Great customer service

        Ms. Anderson is a great lawyer, she is very courteous and understanding to your needs. I was very nervous having to deal with the legal system but she handled my fears and case. This law firm is a true blessing.

        I have hired Katrina Anderson on SEVERAL occasions to handle legal affairs for me and they have all been handled with care in an expedited and professional fashion. She is my attorney for life and I have referred her to several friends. She has gotten more than one friend out of jail at a moments notice because of traffic tickets. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a great attorney on their side!

        EXCEPTIONAL!

        Ms. Anderson really helped me get through a tough time in my life. I felt like I could confide in her and she always answered with compassion and understanding, but straight to the point. When i was at my lowest, she was so supportive and believed in me and now I've been able to rebuild my life.

        She's a women of integrity and a lawyer that really cares!! She was very professional and highly respected by the courts. She also, worked with me when money was tight! I can't thank her enough for all she's done, and recommend her to all!

        When I met Ms. Anderson I immediately knew she was was the right attorney for me. She was very professional and made sure I understood all of my options. Each time I was in contact with her I felt as if I was her number one priority and I never felt rushed or put off when I had additional questions. It is very hard to find an attorney who has your best interest at heart and Katrina Anderson is one of the best and I recommend her services.

        Don’t use this attorney. Very bad Customer Service. She demonstrated unprofessional misconduct by being disrespectful, instead of being courteous. I addressed the issue with her. She did not apologized nor corrected herself, nor did she to try to resolve the issue in anyway, to assure great customer service experience.. She is is rude. Don’t use this attorney.. We all deserve the best customer service.
