I love the environment and the classes. I have so much fun

The facility is cleaned after every class. The staff is full of energy and devoted to supporting their customers (family) be successful. They push you to do your best and give you encouragement when you think you can't go on and through their energy, you find it in you to finish it. It's a great atmosphere.

Amazing place to workout and with the instructors' help I stay motivated and on track. Friendly and very nice staff a place where they don't mind giving you that push that is need for that extra effort to lose the pounds and inches.

I love coming to this place! I don't like working out, but after finding I love kickboxing, I can't wait to work out. I look forward to going each time I go, and I love seeing how I have improved from week to week. The staff is fantastic, and they are very motivating. I also love the people around me when I am there, they are just as motivating to me as the staff. This has been one of the best work out decisions I have ever made.
