I worked for them for almost a year. All the operations manager does is put on a fancy suite and harasses the employees who are not black. I have a lawsuit going on right now. Don't work for the company, they are a joke. The Operation manager that harassed me will get what is coming to him just as soon as the court date is set with the E.E.O.C see you in court buddy. I strongly suggest you bring a lawyer you are going to need one.

Dont apply, they will not fully evaluate you as an employee. They are quick to judge and discard your application. I know, I have a discrimination case going against them right now.

this is a really poor way to blame your employees for not being happy at your company, if you really care about your employees then you would do everything in your power to make them happy,. it's not the costumers that makes the company it's the Employees that make the company. it takes 1 bad employer to make 100 bad employees and it goes up from there, all you are doing is scarring people away from applying at your company and it's all your fault.
