Henry really helped me out in a bind. I can't thank him enough for helping me and my son. So everyone knows I live in New Jersey , my son lives in dallas. He was very sweet and companionate. Thank you Henry again.

Most terrible cab service I have ever experienced. I had a reservation to work in the morning and then on to the airport in the afternoon to travel. The morning cab driver was 30 minutes late, and instead of apologizing, he spent the entire cab ride explaining how I was in the wrong for only giving the address and not providing him with landmarks so he could easily find my house. When he dropped me off at work, he mentioned that he would be returning to take me to the airport. I assumed that he was referring to my afternoon reservation, so I didn't think anything about it. That afternoon, I checked out the window of my office and see two cabs in the parking lot, and get a bad feeling that my earlier taxi driver may have shown up without knowing I had an afternoon reservation. I tried to call Henry, but it went to voicemail. The new cab driver calls me to tell me that he was ready, and I tried to explain the situation, but he started yelling at me. I walked outside, and the morning shift driver jumped out of his car and grabbed my luggage, trying to get me to go with him. Around the same time, Henry called back, also yelling at me and blaming me for the whole situation. I explained to him that I tried to call earlier, but he accused me of lying and continued to yell at me. At this point I was in tears and extremely upset since I am in my early 20s, brand new to the area and have very little experience with taxis in general. Once the morning cab driver was convinced to leave (with his wife in the front seat of the car), the afternoon driver made no attempt to apologize, even though I was very obviously upset and crying from the extremely stressful situation. I will never use this company again, and from now on I avoid taxis at all costs.

YOU ARE BETTER OFF WALKING!!! We had a trip planned where we needed to transfer from the Corporate Airport at DFW to Love Field, I booked a cab online weeks in advance with Henry's cab and received prompt confirmation. I received a call at 9:25pm the night prior to travel where all our info was confirmed (flights/times etc). Upon arrival we waited over 10 minutes without anyone showing up so we called and had to leave a message. When they called back we were told that since our next flight wasn't until after 1pm they would be there in about an hour to get us. REALLY? We explained that was not acceptable and we had scheduled the cab for when we wanted to be picked up - it wasn't their call to decide when that would be, if they couldn't provide service they should have said so. Then they sent out a driver who barely spoke English and couldn't find us and was very rude demanding that I give him directions (like I know? not from there, seriously!) The dispatcher (owner?) was rude thru all the contacts, repeatedly talking over me to explain that it was our fault that we got that driver because we wouldn't wait the hour for him to send someone else, etc. Are you kidding me? After all that (and waiting over an hour), we told them we were contacting someone who COULD pick us up AND find where we were. They then repeatedly called me offering to give us a "free" ride if we traveled thru Dallas again - as if? Why would service be any better for free than what we were going to get when we paid?? I ended up having to block their number to stop the calls. This is a poorly run small business and their customer service was appalling. Lucky for us we had plenty of time to work out an alternative but if you are pressed for time and/or customer service/common courtesy are things you value this is NOT the company.

I called this company when the trains broke down after work, and I was stranded downtown. It was at 5:27pm, and the dispatcher told me it would be 10-15 minutes. After 30 minutes of the initial call , I was finally able to get through the line and ask if the taxi was still coming. He got angry, nasty and rude and told me that the cab was on time because it's on his caller ID and declared that I had called him 10 minutes ago. I was talking to him nicely and understand that the cab was trying to get through the rush hour traffic, and I asked him several times what he is so angry about when I was just trying to make sure the cab is coming since I have call history on my phone also, and it indicates that I called 30 minutes ago. At that point, he yelled at me "I'M NOT TALKING TO YOU ANYMORE!!!!!" and hung up. Not knowing if this angry, nasty, rude man canceled the cab after he hung up, I called Star Cabs which picked me up in one minute. Yes, only one minute. If I can give this company -50 stars to bring down the average of its rating to what it really should be, I would. Beware of the angry, nasty, rude man and call a different company.

I found Henry's Cab Service through a Google search and booked a reservation on his website. He called within 10 minutes of my submitting my form & verified my taxi trip to DFW Airport. He was on time; a bit early and I made it to my flight in plenty of time. I already booked my return taxi for next week, when I get back to Dallas...

I booked through OnCabs who never got the info to Henry. While it was not Henry's fault, he was difficult to deal with and would not help me sort out the problem. Instead he hung up on me... Twice.
