When we were a franchise we were consistently the top office in Texas for over 10 years straight. Now that we are independent and are not restricted to a franchise brokerage rules we actually sell more businesses and our database of active buyers has increased to over 5,500! There is no other business brokerage firm, M&A firm or intermediary in the USA that follows the same sells system. We believe this is the reason that we consistently sell businesses when others are not able. It is common for our clients to have been listed with our competitors without an offer, then after we begin marketing the business we sell it for a higher price with multiple offers.
