Stephen Giddens was still a teenager when he joined American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) in 2011. "I started with the Company when I was 19 years old," he recalls, "with very little work experience ... mostly as a server at multiple restaurants while attending high school near Houston. But I knew American Income Life was the right place for me because of its career track. The Company has a culture of providing upward mobility based entirely on results, rather than tenure or 'who you know.'"I was personally recruited into AIL by my brother, Ryan, who is also a Business Owner in Houston," he continues. "Ryan had a high-school friend who was working at the Company and experiencing tremendous success. He invited Ryan in for an interview.
