Worst service is a compliment to them. Got the cab from dfw to laquinta hotel. The driver didnt stop cursing "f tourists" the whole trip. We had a baby with us. What a scary 15 min drive. This lind of driver should be arrested.

This was such a frightening, ridiculous ride! I don't think a cab could get worse. I am never taking a cab without looking at reviews again!! I took a taxi to the middle of Dallas this morning and it was perfectly normal, and I even gave the guy an extra $4 to make a total of $37.50 for the entire trip. This one was completely backwards and dangerous! I start out the trip by asking this driver from the sidewalk if traffic is busy at this hour as I am unfamiliar with Dallas—he says no, it is fine. I then try to get the driver to agree on a flat rate to a certain area in Addison and he still wants me to get in the car but waits until about a minute after I am in the car to agree on a price when I say I want to go back to the other taxis if he does not agree on a flat rate—which is $40 for a shorter trip than the one I took before for technically $33.50 without the extra tip I gave the first driver! I want to go to a grocery store that unfortunately is in a shopping center called the same name as the road another grocery store is on from the same company. We don’t go nearly enough miles to the first grocery store to make anything near $40---and he says the address is right and this is the drop-off area. I say it is not the right address, say we need to go to the area I described initially in Addison (he must have no idea where Addison is!) and I even apologize politely for giving him the address that was mixed up due to a shopping center name! Right after I apologize he gets unbelievably sarcastic. He THREATENS A SINGLE POLITE 24 year old FEMALE and says “maybe I should take you to the ‘professionals’ because you gave me the wrong address” as he starts to drive in the wrong DIRECTION!! At this point I am HOPING he does not mean PROFESSIONAL KIDNAPPERS and just is being SUPER NASTY and implying DOCTORS. I give it a good pause, and say “There’s no need to be unprofessional” and then he starts ranting…about everything wrong with females! After that moment I said “we are in a calm situation, we are in a calm situation, there is no need to be offensive” about a thousand times mostly because I was afraid he was going to crash the car or violate my personal safety in any other way possible! This is taxi F398 and I have now changed credit card numbers so this lunatic won’t know my number!! He is seriously so volatile you literally could get in the car with this person, act politely, maybe make a small mistake, and if you happen to have a tape recorder with you, you could take the resulting evidence of his dangerous temper to the police and make the world a better place. I invite anyone with the time or the skills to seriously tape recorder this MTHFCKER and get him out of the taxi business and this country! This was probably the most disgusting professional driving experience I have ever heard of! A nasty, THREATENING foreign driver that speeds and makes dangerous U-Turns is what this taxi company will get you!

This is a horrible company that doesn't care at all about the behavior of their drivers. I caught one of their cabs at a cab stand on a Saturday night to head home. A couple of blocks in the driver turned on his Bible on tape. I dealt with it on the ride and even was going to tip him 3 on a 7 dollar fare. When exiting I told him that some people don't appreciate the tape when they are a captive audience. At that point he started into homophobic and racist rants. When I let him know that i wanted my change after all he pulled off with me still half way out of the car door. I immediately called the office and spoke to a supervisor who didn't apologize at all but said someone would contact me. They never did. Pathetic service and dangerous hateful drivers.

I ended up waiting for my cab ride for 45 minutes. Was trying to get a ride from Arlington to DFW airport. Cab driver kept calling me, telling me he couldn't find my location. They finally sent a different cab driver......to say the least, I was very irritated!

Driver picked me up at Love Field and dropped me off at a friends house. The metered showed $6.25 but charged me $11.00, saying it was a flat rate. I challeged him saying that I come to this address often from Love and have never been charged a "Flat Rate" to this address and there is nothing posted on his window about a "flate rate". He says that the newer drivers do not realize it is supposed to be a flat rate. I paid him and immediately called Freedom cab dispatch and asked them about the flat rate. They told me that there was no flat rate to that address.
