Please DO NOT USE this company.
They will tell you they are not brokers, yet you will see people and trucks from other companies at origin and destination. The porters confirmed they were all from other companies. Even the stickers on the boxes are from another company. The response of a "supposed" manager over the phone: "We are buying all these companies".
They bully and threaten to hold your belongings hostage in a very aggressive, disrespectful way to force you to pay every charge they want to add afterwards.
Complaining via email and phone call will get you nowhere, the "managers" you were in contact with before are always not available or do not work for the company anymore. Anyway, you will get no responsible manager to talk to, just more lies and dishonest replies like "it is the first time we hear such issues and the drivers being disrespectful". Clearly, they do not know how to read reviews on the internet...
We do not understand how such a company can still operate nowadays.

It’s hard to move to another state with 3 kids especially when my husband is out of the country. I needed to move a 3 bedroom apartment from Dallas, TX to Miami, FL but was frustrated about it. Thankfully my husband did the set up with fine line relocation. They sent over 4 men with boxes and tape for the packing. It took a lot of time because we have lot of things. It took 2.5 hours to pack but the guys did a good job. Then they loaded it all on to the truck very carefully. They did an excellent job on both sides. Nothing went wrong and I really appreciate all the help.

I have read many people complaining about how their valuables went missing during a move. Luckily, I faced nothing like that while fine line relocation handled my move. The movers they sent were so experienced and extremely reliable. They packed everything efficiently and it came to fruition when they delivered each item unharmed to my new house. They didn’t charge me a cent over the quote and in my book that is professionalism. I am gob smacked by how easy this move was. Or maybe I have very low standards!

I have somewhat of a special place for fine line relocation. I relocate every few years and I always hire the same company. These guys always come out on top. They always arrive and deliver on time. I suppose the big network of movers they run all over USA and the fleet of large vans make that quite achievable. I also found them to be very polite and always taking direction from the clients. You might think all those credentials must come at a cost. They charge just as much the shadiest moving company you know of. This company is just extraordinary.

I was very confused whom to choose for transporting all my belongings to my new home in Texas. I researched a lot but did not find any good company. Then one of my office's colleagues told me about Fine line relocation. I called them up and we arranged a date for the move. Their team arrived at my place on time and packed each item very carefully. They handled every single piece with care. They all worked very fast and in 4-5 hours they packed the whole house and loaded all of it. At the agreed date, they were on my doorsteps and I was shocked to see them this early. They quietly unpacked each consignment and placed every single piece by their own. They did not charge me any extra money and the whole process was perfectly fit under my budget. I am really happy with the service. I recommend all to try Fine line relocation; they are surely a leading service provider of this industry.

Few weeks ago I used Fine line relocation for my move and I must say they were excellent. I have nothing bad to say about them. They were really enthusiastic, energetic and courteous. They did the job fast and there were no scratches or dents. I was really thrilled. My move was like a breeze. I had no stress with this people. The price- WOW! Could not be better! 100% recommended! And also sorry for not writing this review sooner.

I am so happy that we chose Fine line relocation not only because they gave us a good price but because they were honest with me from the start! My sales rep was so helpful with guiding me through the whole process of moving and I couldn't have asked for a better move. Fine line relocation is an amazing moving company. I don't think any other company could have handled my last move as well as this company has. Their movers arrived right on the scheduled time and they came very well prepared. The men showed a lot of skills and creativity while packing my belongings. The loading process went very smoothly because the men were so well coordinated. They were done with the whole thing very quickly. I had a week long delivery schedule but they delivered earlier. My valuables were all safely transported. It was such a hassle free move and I only have these movers to thank for it.

We were moving last month and fine line relocation handled our move. They sent over four movers who were all very capable. The foreman and his men efficiently packed all our belongings before loading them onto the van. The whole thing was completed very quickly. Even the delivery was made on time and nothing was damaged. I do have an issue with inefficient and incapable workers. But these movers were nothing like that. I will definitely hire them again.

I have very fond and fresh memories of my last move. First of all, I was moving back to my hometown and it was so amazing being able to move back with my city collection of furniture. Secondly, fine line relocation made my move simpler than I could ever imagine. All I had to do was to call them, get a quote and give a time. The men arrived exactly on time and they were all very competent and professional. I instantly felt at ease seeing how professionally these guys managed to do everything, from packing to loading. Even the van was quite new. My belongings were delivered just in time, 10 minutes after I reached there to be honest. Every piece of my valuables traveled so well and it was so relieving. After this move was done, I realized that phone call I made to Fine line relocation saved me during this relocation. I wasn’t keen on leaving but I just had to. These guys took such good care of me though. They arrived early and finished early as well. They were just such hard working men and their speed was unbelievable. Who knew moving interstate could only take a few hours? Thanks a ton guys!

As first time movers, my wife and I were really concerned about how our things would travel. But hiring fine line relocation made it all too easy. I hired them because they were inexpensive. I wasn’t expecting a lot but they treated us like royalty. They came in right on time and started packing everything. It was great seeing how creative these men were with their packing skills. They did use a lot of packing materials though. There were no issues while loading my things to the van. The delivery was made on due date and we were relieved about that. Everything went exactly how it was supposed to.

Thanks a lot guys. You just rocked while moving us. As promised to their dispatcher, I am writing my moving experience. When I called them for a quote, they sent their outside estimator who made the inventory list and estimated a very reasonable amount. The price seemed very reasonable and I grabbed the offer. But I had to change the moving date at the eleventh hour but the good men from fine line relocation did not charge me an extra dime for the change in the schedule. I appreciate their customer service and obviously I recommend everyone to move with them.

great move we moved with fine line relocation and our experience was great we moved to NC we had issues there buying our new home so we couldn't accept delivery fine line did a great job with us they hold our goods until we were ready no extra charge and no damage items thanks fine line !!!

My experience was excellent all around the movers were awesome, they were on time, friendly and professional, what a positive experience! Carmen and the office staff were great, organized professional and friendly. Throughout the whole experience I felt like I was dealing with people who saw me as a person and not just a job. I hired Fine Line Relocation March of this year. I saw their advertisement on a local paper and I called them for an estimate. Of all the ten movers I called they were the most affordable. I decided to seek their service. Usually a service that is affordable will render you a sloppy output. Not with Fine Line, they were few of those movers that I actually experienced a great move. Most of the stuff that I shipped are very fragile. Upon pick up they made sure that all of those will be safe by packaging and stocking them in a manner that its is impossible to break. Result is a delivery with great item condition. I will definitely hure them again because I have another home that I needed to empty out in Dallas.

Worst moving experience ever! I was quoted $1256 for my move and charged over $2000 by the movers and packers while onsite. In addition, they damaged my SS french door refrigerator and the foreman didn't even offer an apology - plus, asked he that I not file a claim as it would increase their premium. The final straw was when the foreman advised me that I could pay by credit card or check by they would charge me 5% more if by credit card. However, I was told earlier it would be 3% if I paid by credit card. Obviously the foreman was trying to add 2% for a tip. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and believe Fine Line Relocation is anything but fine.

They were compassionate and professional. We had issues moving to our new home that we needed to settle first before we can accept the furniture and set it inside. Because of this our belongings remain in their truck and they hold it for a week in a storage unit and they redelivered afterwards. They made it less hustle by being ready whatever the situation is. I would love to recommend them to everyone I know. They were awesome.

The name fine line fits them because they give a moving service as fine as their name. They never have me waiting and they were right on time. They worked fast but still with care. They did very good during the move and better when they delivered. Nothing more I can say but praises because that's what they gave me. A very good move.
