Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Whatever you do please do not go to this location for service. The staff here is very unprofessional and has no knowledge what-so-ever about what rate to charge their customers. First of all, while I was there waiting for over an hour after I made reservations three days before. Then when I get there I guess because I reserved the truck through the VIP line they decided to treat me like crap. After waiting for a long time and having to bring in a copy of my bills, my check stub and lease and feels like a ton of other information, I finally got the truck. I kept it one week and decided to get something a little less expensive since I had finished moving and my personal truck was still in the shop well I was told to keep the truck I was in even though I had reserved a mid-sized car and I was also told i would be billed at the mid-sized rate since they didn't have what I reserved but guess what??? Yep, they charged me for keeping the truck and when I tried to talk to the so called manager he would constantly put me on hold until I eventually would hang up. When he did finally call me back he told me I wasn't getting any of my money back and that he could not rent another car to me...I have rented with this company several times before and this is the first time I have encountered a problem such as this...BE AWARE of this location!!!
