I purchased a Dematron fabric cutting system a few months ago and a few programmable sewing machines for our tactical line and the Dema team installed and trained our personal in such a professional matter and I personally just wanted to thank them for setting us up and getting us going!

Just got off the phone with them. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. One sales person told me the machine was $8000 and the second one told me it was $4500. After I got frustrated at the fact that they tried overcharging me, he didn't even apologize and said "we don't want your business" and hung up. I called back and the receptionist said, everyone was busy and couldn't take my phone call and said not everyone is like me and I should have been patient and kept smiling. horrible horrible company.

Total Loss!!! I bought a dematron sewing machine from Dema Sewing in March 2014. Horrible communication. They do not answer their phones or emails. Long story short, I ended up finally getting a cheaper machine in July 2014 that was thrown together and did not sew. Now they own me a 800 dollars (which they have not refunded me) and I got a machine that does not work. These guys will steal your money! I wish I would have never bought from them. Total loss.
