WARNING!!!! Do NOT purchase anything from this furniture store. It's a scam! I've purchased the 4 sections sofa recently and they also agreed to give me a coffee table with the purchase as deal. The store did not delivered the sofa to me on the agreed date when I made the order. I had to call the owner. Then owner blame the salesman for the delivery fault and salesman blame the owner for it. So basically they just blame each other. Then the owner told me that if I want the sofas then pick up the display sofas if not then I have to wait a week for him to order it. Then when they delivered it, they only delivered 3 sections sofas instead of the 4 sections as they told during the purchase. And they didn't delivered the coffee table. They told me to they didn't have it in stock and told me to accept the alternative table it's better than the original. If I don't want it then I have to go pick up the table in a week. I didn't want to go pick up the table so I agree to accept that coffee table. It turns out that it's a cheap material coffee table and the delivery man didn't even know how to assemble the table. It's just poorly put together. Then I called the owner about the 4th section of the sofas, he told me that that price only comes in 3 section. This is such a scam people!!!! DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THEM! Worst customer service ever!!! I wish I have look up their reviews before purchasing anything!

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. I spent almost $3,000 in this store.

Starting with the first problem, I ordered 2 orange chairs, when they were delivered one of the orange chairs was new out of the box looked great, the other chair was faded and worn, obviously a floor model or something he had outside on display, these chairs were meant to sit side by side, and the faded one looks terrible. I called Alex the next business day to see about getting a new chair that I selected and paid for and he said he would make it right. He never did. After several phone calls and promises nothing ever happened finally after 6 months he said that if I brought the chair back he would give me a new chair. This is after he said he would get me a new chair, a new table and 2 gray barstools. I brought the chair back and the person who was working for him said he couldn't take the chair because it wasn't in new condition...of course it wasn't in new condition, the thing wasn't in new condition when it was delivered to me.

Issue #2, I ordered 2 bar stools, that were on back order forever, I would call every few weeks to check the status, he never called me to inform me of the status, I would call and he would say that they are on back order, it'll be 5 more weeks. I called for 6 months and he would say this every single time. I finally requested my money back as I could order off of Amazon and get it in 2 days. Miraculously when I showed up at the store with my orange chair, there were 2 gray chairs in the showroom, that they could give me. Why they couldn't give them to me months ago is beyond me.

Issue #3, when my furniture was initially delivered there was also had damage to a high top table, the base was cracked and chipped, Alex also promised me that this would be replaced. And again this never happened, in light of all the other issues, I gave up on even trying to get something done about it.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The ABSOLUTE WORST! These guys are the worst when it comes to communications. I ordered my furniture 6 months ago and I'm still waiting for it. They mentioned the furniture has to come from California and i had no problem with it. The problem I have is the lack of communication, unless you hunt them down they won't call you and let you know of the status. They keep saying that they will call me when the owner (Alex) is in the store - but that NEVER HAPPENS. Stay away from this place.

Terrible service. We purchased a bar stool from this store less than a year ago. We came home and found that it was bent, so we took it back. He exchanged it. Then, after using the stools for less than 9 months, realized that one of the stools mechanism was completely screwed up and it would sink down as soon as anybody would sit on it. We called the store and he told us to take the stool and he will try to fix it. After we brought it to the store, after driving 45 minutes, the owner told us that nothing was wrong with and sent us away. We feel screwed over. Terrible Quality...

we went today to buy living room furniture. We did not buy anything so owner Alex was very rude. I never go back to that store.

I really like this furniture store they have a lot of modern models that I like. My wife also likes lifestyle furniture store she goes there for any new I deals come up. I house looks great because of Alex and his crew.

We were looking for a new contemporary office desk and found one here that we really liked. Alex was really accommodating and they delivered without any hassle to McKinney. The crew fixed it fine too and I am happy with the transaction.

I purchased a couch from this store after sitting on one at a community center every week with some friends. I asked the manager where she purchased it and then I went to make my purchase. There are a few things to know. 1) They had it for sale in brown, while, black, red, and ivory. I chose white. Well; it wasn't the same couch when it arrived! While it looked like it on the outside the frame was not complete, under the back cushions was a gap about 8 inches deep. My dog laid comfortably in it. I fought to have them come see it and they wanted to charge me for damage! It was less than 2 weeks that I owned it and I am 100lbs and my dog weighs 15. Needless to say they sent their guy out who agreed it was defective.



Alex told me that while the couches are the same on the floor they are made by different companies. It took more than 3 weeks to get this issue resolved!



The furniture company would not work with me at all and I was told by Alex that is because they make that white one in 'China'. Go figure. So he sells lesser quality and then knowingly misrepresents it.





I exchanged the white one for 'black' because I was told that it was the Made in America company and would be better quality. Well; in comparison to the one that I sit on quite frequently with friends it is 'nothing' like it. I have had back problems and the springs are broken. That is not 'American' quality. Want to know how I know this?

I found the sticker on the bottom of the couch and guess what it reads: "Made in China'!!!



I am now trying to get the furniture company to come out and inspect it and see the comparison to what I thought I would purchased- twice.



Never again will I shop there. EVER. Every single aspect of this has been a nightmare and all I want is to sit on a couch and not need to see my chiropractor 3 times per week.

I gave one star because they finally let me do the exchange and I didn't want to go to court. Also you can't not give at least 1 star.

If you dare to shop there you will pay for it!

I bought a King Bedframe for $1450 from this store. The experience was a nightmare. Alex who sold us this bed is a liar and does not take responsibility for anything. When the bed was delivered the leather was torn and it took a lot of pain and lot of service man visits to get this thing fixed. And it is yet not fixed. The main problem is the people who installed the bed. They have no idea what they are doing. Finally I have filed a dispute to resolve the issue. If that doesn't work I plan to file a case in small claims court. Don't get carried away by the low price he offers and his sweet talks. I would be in a better position if I would have bought this from greatfurnituredeal.com. But I thought buying from the local store would be better but I was wrong. I would never deal with this person again. You can deal with anyone but not liars.

I ordered on Feb 20st and they did not ship some furniture until today (May 20).



save your time and money...never shopping there...
